I don’t just “fix” sleep. I help families restore calm, connection, and balance at home.

My approach focuses on:

Newborn Sleep Support

The first weeks and months with a newborn can be magical—but they can also be exhausting. Settled Beginnings is designed to help families establish healthy sleep habits from the very start, supporting both your baby’s development and your own wellbeing.

I provide gentle, practical guidance on creating a safe sleep environment, understanding your baby’s cues, managing schedules, and easing sleep transitions. Every recommendation is tailored to your little one’s needs and your family’s routines, so you feel supported rather than overwhelmed.

This support helps your baby sleep more peacefully and helps you feel confident, calm, and emotionally supported. With the right guidance, you can set the foundations for smoother nights, more settled days, and a positive start for your whole family.

Sleep Support for 6 - 18 months

The toddler and older baby years bring new challenges—sleep regressions, changes in nap patterns, and bedtime struggles can leave both you and your little one exhausted. My sleep support for 6–18 month-olds focuses on helping families navigate these transitions with gentle, practical guidance.

I work with you to create consistent routines, encourage self-soothing, address sleep associations, and improve nap schedules—all tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s daily life. I also provide guidance on safe sleep practices, helping your baby sleep more independently while keeping you reassured and supported.

My goal is not just better sleep, but a calmer, happier home. By supporting both infants and parents, we help you feel rested, confident, and emotionally lighter, so your family can enjoy more settled nights, smoother days, and a greater sense of balance together.

Sleep Support for 18+ months

As children grow, sleep challenges continue to evolve—early mornings, night wakings, and bedtime resistance can leave both you and your little one tired and frustrated. Sleep support for children 18 months and older focuses on helping families create consistent routines, improve sleep quality, encourage self-soothing, and reduce night wakings.

Better sleep affects more than just rest—it supports mood, behaviour, and focus, while also reducing parental stress. I provide practical, gentle strategies tailored to your child’s needs and family life, helping everyone feel calmer and more confident.

Families often notice happier days, more settled nights, and smoother family dynamics. The aim is not just better sleep, but a calmer, more connected home where both children and parents can thrive.

Ready to find the support that’s right for your family? Whether you’re welcoming a newborn, navigating the toddler years, or helping an older child sleep more independently,

I offer personalised, one-to-one sleep support tailored to your child’s needs and your family’s routines. Explore my packages and book a consultation to start building calmer nights, more settled days, and a happier, more connected home.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jacqui. I’m a mum of four, an experienced paediatric nurse, and a certified holistic infant sleep coach. I know first-hand how exhausting sleep deprivation can be and how it affects your child’s development, your wellbeing, and family life. I’ve been through sleepless newborn nights, toddler bedtime battles, and all the transitions in between.

I’ve also faced personal challenges—being chronically unwell as a teenager, caring for two very poorly babies, and experiencing the loss of loved ones early on. These experiences shape the way I offer compassionate, realistic, and evidence-based support that nurtures emotional wellbeing.

At The Sleep & Wellness Nest, I work with families who want gentle, family-centred guidance to help everyone feel more rested and calm at home. I support little ones from newborn to five years old, creating sleep plans that fit their developmental stage and your family’s routines. My approach is holistic—I focus on both sleep and the emotional impact of sleep deprivation, helping parents feel supported, confident, and empowered.

I bring a calm, reassuring presence, empathetic listening, patience, and practical guidance to every family I work with. Families often tell me that after working with me, they feel calmer, more confident, and emotionally lighter. Sleep feels achievable, wellbeing feels supported, and parents feel able to navigate family life with more ease and peace.

It’s not just about “fixing” sleep. It’s about helping families restore calm, connection, and balance—so everyone can thrive, enjoy restful nights, and wake up to brighter, happier days together.
